How does Luna Sole sizing run?

Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, oversized fit so your little ones can move, play and get longer wear out of them.

Should I size up?

If your child is between sizes, prefers an extra oversized look, or you want more room for growth, we recommend sizing up.

Do adult pieces run oversized too?

Yes, our adult pieces are also designed with a relaxed fit. Choose your usual size for a comfortable oversized look, or size up for an extra slouchy fit.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $160. We also offer local pick-up in the Camden/Gregory Hills NSW area.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes, please see below for our size guides. Please check the measurements before ordering, as sizing may vary slightly between styles.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping across Australia typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes — local pick-up is available in the Camden / Gregory Hills NSW area. You’ll receive instructions once your order is ready.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $160. We also offer local pick-up in the Camden/Gregory Hills NSW area.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We accept returns for store credit on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Are sale items refundable?

No — sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes — if stock is available. If not, you’ll be issued store credit.

Are your pieces true to size?

Yes — all items are designed to fit true to size with an intentionally oversized look.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist.

HOW TO MEASURE

Chest: Measure across the front of the garment, under the arms
Waist: Measure across the waistband (unstretched)
Length: Measure from shoulder (top) or waistband (pants) to hem

All measurements are taken with the garment laid flat.

FIT GUIDE

For a more fitted look, size down.
For an oversized fit or longer wear for kids, size up.
